Second, as the initial level of quality of employment was higher, the initial level of health status was higher and the level of quality change rate of employment showed a statistically significant relationship with the rate of change of health status. In the relationship between employment quality and life satisfaction, there was a statistically significant relationship between the initial value of employment quality and the initial level of life satisfaction was found while, the initial value and the rate of change of employment did not affect the rate of change of life satisfaction.
In addition, the higher the initial health status, the higher the initial level of life satisfaction and the statistically significant relationship between the rate of change of health status and the rate of life satisfaction. In the mediating effect of the multivariate latent growth model, the direct effect of the change in quality of life on the rate of change in life satisfaction was not significant, but the indirect effect on the rate of change in life satisfaction through the rate of change in health status was significant.
